Windermere Foundation

Joan Allen serves as chair of the Windermere Foundation for Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group, Inc. and works closely with Foundation Reps, volunteer agents from each of our 10 real estate offices. Together, we have raised over $1,000,000 for the Windermere Foundation in support of local organizations offering housing and services to homeless and low‐income families. More...

Community Service Day

Every year in June, administration, agents and staff gather on one day to give back to the community in a special way. Community Service Day is a work day where our work is wholly devoted to completely local neighborhood projects. From cleaning up schools and local neighbors yards to serving at Food Banks and more, these projects improve the quality of life for those in our communities and give us an opportunity to work together.  More...
